I've tried kiddie gums and their tastes only lasts for like 3min only and some for breath freshener. I asked my dentist if it's okay that we chew either of that two kinds of gum? She told me I just had my porcelain veneer sydney procedure and it is good to refrain from chewing too much gum now.
Chewing gums could be a fun thing to do, but I'm warning you it does have its side effects. Based from an article written by the dentist newtown square pa, gums does cost your teeth to slowly deteriorate if you take them regularly. This is pretty scary considering the fact that I chew gum a lot!
Yeah Millan, gotta watch those Porcelain Veneers dude! ;-)
