United States has a long history in producing many brand of supercar. Its products are known to have remarkable performance and tremendous power, especially in engine capacity. Fans are also scattered throughout the world. Not least in Italy, the other country that is also producing high-class supercars.

5. Shelby Supercars (SSC) Ultimate Aero and Tuatara
Shelby Supercars (SSC) Ultimate Aero performance can be equated with the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. This supercar using a twin-turbo V8 engine which has a capacity of 6,200 cc, and claimed capable of spraying of power up to 1,183 hp.

4. Hennessey Venom GT

The Hennessey Venom GT use twin-turbo V8 tuning engine which has a capacity of 7,000 cc, that capable of producing power up to 1,200 hp. This supercar supported with light chassis, the great power from engine is channeled to the rear wheels through Ricardo's 6-speed manual transmissions. This supercar is claimed to be driven up to reach a maximum speed of 300 kph.

3. Ford GT40
Ford is tough competitor of General Motors, and also acknowledged prowess in producing the supercars. For example, the Ford GT40, behind its aerodynamic body, the supercar is equipped with a supercharged V8 engine that has a capacity of 5,400 cc.

There is also a new model ie, Chevrolet Corvette Stingray using LTI V8 engine with a capacity of 6.2L, that can generate power up to 450 hp (335 kW) and maximum torque of 450lb-ft (610 Nm).
